We need your written Instructions:
- webbooking
- form filled in at our Service Desk or our Warehouse
Required Documentation
- personal effects: value/packinglist + copy passport (for USA also copy passport of the receiver)
- personal effects send as Unaccompanied Baggage, also copy of (e)ticket
- commercial consignments: copy (Pro Forma) invoice
- Specific documentation may be needed in case of export permits, Dangerous Goods, perishables, etc.
In case of a Transport Insurance: a detailed value/packinglist (day value) or Invoice is required.

We provide you with contact details of the carrier, in most cases the carrier has Tracking possibilities.
Local terminalcharges (Air- and Seafreight) must be paid, indication is given at at the rate calculation.
At non-EU destinations, a customs entry must be effected.
